• Work experience and skills

• Photos and videos that you upload

Your personal data will only be used within Bright Mountains KG. Data will only be shared with third parties if necessary for conducting a casting process or if you have expressly consented to such sharing.

Your data will be retained as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned above or until you withdraw your consent and request the deletion of your data.

By registering with CastingConnect, you agree that the photos and videos you upload may be used by Bright Mountains KG for the purposes of talent management, castings, and production projects.

2. Scope of Use

The use includes, but is not limited to:

• Storing the images and videos in our internal database

• Internal use for casting processes and project selection

• The possibility of using these media in the selection of specific projects within Bright Mountains KG

3. Duration of Consent

This consent is granted for an indefinite period but may be revoked by you at any time in writing. Upon revocation, your images and videos will be promptly deleted from our database.

4. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent to the use of the images and videos at any time without giving reasons. Withdrawal can be made in writing to checkup@brightmountains.net.

5. Rights to the Images and Videos

You confirm that you own all rights to the uploaded images and videos and that no third-party rights are infringed. Bright Mountains KG accepts no liability for claims made by third parties in relation to the uploaded media.
